  Roy, the owner and sole propritor of Designs on You, is a top notch stylist who takes his time and really does a great job cutting my hair. This little shop, on the second floor along PCH is very easy to miss. I went there on a recommendation of a friend, othewise I would have never know it even existed.
  
  I was a frequent customer for about 7 years when I lived in the South Bay and since moving out of state, I still make it a point to set up a hair cut with Roy whenever I fly through LA. He is that good!
  
  This place is a diamond in the rough from the outside, but if you take a chance and make an appt you will not regret it.
  
  One more thing, Roy works very late, so this place is great if you're super busy and can't get away from work until late (I think he closes at 10pm).
