    Summary: Come here to buy a mattress. It will be a great experience.

    My wife and I had been wanting to get a new bed for a number of years, and we finally worked up enough desire to actually go shopping for it. I turned to Yelp for a quick list of options and this business popped up on the top. On closer inspection, 34 five-star reviews yielded constantly satisfied individuals and happy mattress owners. We figured this was the perfect place to help us conquer our apprehension of dealing with salespeople and having to face what would, no doubt, be a stressful experience. It was a Saturday when we selected to go, and it was Sunday at noon when we arrived. Little did we know how right we were about picking this place, and how wrong we were about the stressful experience we were expecting.

    We walked in and were quickly greeted by Lilly. She offered us some water, soda, coffee, cocoa, etc. and asked us to give her some basic info to start with. We described that we were sleeping in a double bed for years and were ready to move up to a king. She then began our tour of mattresses.

    We started with the Tempur-Pedics, and before we laid down on our first mattress she told us that her best advice for this afternoon was to "just relax". That advice was very valuable because after about there beds we started to feel at home with Lilly and were able to start flopping down on the beds and really analyze what we were feeling. Our comfort was key. Lilly asked us about what kind of pillows we use, how we sleep (backs, sides, stomachs, etc) and gave us similar pillows to use during our testing.

    We tried about three Tempur-Pedics, a Pure LatexBliss, two BeautyRest Blacks, and two others that I don't remember the brand of. Her goal was to get us to find a favorite from the memory foam side of the house, and one from the traditional spring side. Eventually, after knocking off a few quickly, and then going back and forth between a few, we were able to narrow down to our two favorites. Lilly then provided us with the prices, discounts, included items (two pillows, a mattress protector, a metal frame, delivery, 30-day satisfaction guarantee, etc). Based on those, and some more rounds back and forth with our favorite two, we decided on the Simmons BeautyRest Black, which came in under budget at less than $2500, and we were done within two hours of walking in.

    The crazy thing is, we had fun. Shopping for a mattress was fun. We never felt pressured, we felt sufficiently attended to and were also given our space when needed. I can't say how amazing Lilly was to work with and how glad we are to have gone to this wonderful mattress store. Come check this place out. You will be happy that you did.
